Post completion smart building optimisation strategy
Smart Building Overlay to the RIBA Plan of Work, published by the RIBA in 2024, defines a post completion smart building optimisation strategy as: ‘A process to address findings of the post occupancy evaluation with the view to implement changes to fine-tune the smart building configuration to optimise building performance. This strategy should be a natural extension to the agreed testing and commissioning approach, and any changes to systems should be captured as verified asset information.’
